The Career Development Coaching Programs are designed to support young professionals like yourself to succeed in your early career in the U.S. It aims to help individuals to better navigate business culture in corporate America, to understand and adjust to unwritten norms at work place, and to build a strong professional reputation among your peers, management team, and external business contacts.
Through this program, you will be able to work with your career coach in one-on-one setting to gain professional assistance on career development concerns. Your career coach will also provide ongoing support to help you to plan your next steps within or outside your company, to explore your career options, and to widen your professional network that could help you to achieve your next career goals.
Program Includes:
- Three 50-minute one-on-one consultation sessions
- Once a month check-ins via email
- Brief phone consultation or text exchange on as-needed basis
- Additional Resources Provided
- Introductions to senior professionals in your field or related fields
- Recommendations on professional organizations to join
- Invitations to professional networking events
*Full payment is required before the first appointment.
