Qiang Fitzgerald
Qiang has over 20 years’ management experience, both in China and US, in Retail and Finance industries. She has held management positions in Personnel, IT management, Marketing and eCommerce functions at global firms such as HSBC. Qiang holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. She received her undergraduate education from Zhejiang University.
Qiang first came to United States for her advanced degree in 1996. She succeeded in the US business environment over the years mostly by trial and error.Eventually, with the help of career coaches and mentors, she succeeded. She started Huang & Fitzgerald Consulting after seeing the need of career coaching and assistance among Chinese students who are pursuing their degrees in US universities. The goal of Huang & Fitzgerald Consulting is to provide career guidance to young and ambitious Chinese talents when they take their first steps toward a dream career.
